Luxi is your financial freedom companion, built with privacy at its core. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When using LuxiAI, you may enter: • Your financial goals, preferences, and planning inputs This information stays on your device unless temporarily processed by AI features (see below).
To improve the app and fix bugs, we collect anonymous usage data via TelemetryDeck, such as: • App version • Device type • Feature usage patterns This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity.
All your financial plans and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. We do not operate a cloud backend, and your data is never uploaded to our servers. iCloud syncing may be introduced in future updates, but is not implemented at this time.
When using features powered by AI (e.g. financial plan generation), LuxiAI may send your input data to a secure third-party large language model (LLM) provider via encrypted APIs. • Only the data necessary to generate a response is sent. • Personally identifiable data is not required or collected. • Responses are not stored by LuxiAI once they are returned to the app. We may switch or rotate between reputable LLM providers depending on performance and safety standards.
LuxiAI uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat handles: • Your subscription status • Free trial tracking All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment details.
• All personal planning data remains on your device. • Data sent to AI providers is encrypted during transmission. • We do not use external storage, databases, or identity-based tracking.
You are in full control of your data: • Delete the app to remove all saved information. • Choose not to use AI features (e.g. financial plan generation) if you prefer not to transmit any data externally. • We do not collect any personal identifiers, so we cannot link any data to you.
We may update this Privacy Policy as LuxiAI evolves. Changes will be posted in the app and at our official website with an updated date.
